12/2/02
After Jack leaves for the custody hearing about J.J., Emily pays Carly a visit and complains about her run-in with Hal. The two commiserate about their respective problems with men. Suspecting Carly's suffering from morning sickness, Emily pushes her friend to take her home pregnancy test. She does and Carly returns to report to Emily that she is pregnant. She quickly orders Emily not to tell anyone, especially Jack. Jack returns to report that they have full temporary custody of his son. Later, Carly admits to her friend that Jack may not be the father of her unborn baby. Molly leaves Mike to take care of J.J. and though he panics at first, he eventually manages to get things under control. When Molly returns, he asks if she wants to have a family. The Oakdale Three arrive at Vanderbilt and have fun at an outdoor frat party. However, their fun is ruined when Hal shows up and grabs Aaron, announcing that he's taking him back to Oakdale to face felony charges. The frat brothers grab Hal and allow the three to make their escape. Bonnie shows Margo the burned cape she found in the fireplace and reveals her intention to use it to trap Marshall by offering him the evidence against James in return for the damaging video of Jessica. Ben's suspicious when he spots Bonnie approaching Marshall with the bribe.

Caught off guard when Mike asks about having children in the future, Molly admits that she isn't sure she wants anymore after her experience with Abigail. Emily is shocked to learn Carly slept with someone besides Jack. Carly admits she was drunk and slept with someone the night before her wedding but won't reveal who the lucky man is. She does confirm it's not Craig. Hearing that Mike was asking about having a baby, Carly tells Molly that she shouldn't get pregnant. Jack asks Molly and Mike to be J.J.'s godparents. Stopping by the farm, Rosanna faces off with Emma who guesses that there is something behind her anger towards her sister. Rosanna denies it but then breaks down as she helps the young Faith put a ribbon in her hair. Emma offers her a shoulder to cry on but Rosnna walks out, hiding her pain. Marshall turns down Bonnie's offer to hand him the burned Dracula cape in exchange for the videotape. Ben mistakenly assumes Bonnie's argument with Marshall is about an indiscretion they share. Bonnie denies to Ben that she was sleeping with Marshall so a disbelieving Ben decides to confront Marshall. Telling them about Bonnie's outrageous offer, Marshall warns Margo and Jessica that Bonnie could get killed if she continues to interfere.

While Jessica reads Bonnie the riot act for trying to bribe Marshall, Ben confronts Marshall with his guess that he's having an affair with Bonnie. Marshall denies it and insists that he was earlier trying to convince Bonnie not to get involved with Paul's case. He then kicks Ben out but Ben pays a waiter to let him know if any women come to Marshall's suite. Jessica is taken aback when Bonnie reveals that Ben thinks she's the one cheating on Isaac and not Jessica. Bonnie assures her mother that this will work itself out but Jessica runs to confront Marshall and asks for the videotape back. Seeing Jessica with Marshall, the waiter calls Ben. Barbara leaks to an upset Isaac that Bonnie was at Fairwinds on Thanksgiving. He confronts her about the danger and the two manage to work out their problems. Lucy, Aaron and Alison are stranded in a Tennessee barn after their car overheats. Tired of Aaron making decisions based only on Lucy's wants and needs, Alison hops into the car and drives off. Lucy convinces Aaron to stop worrying about their missing friend and asks him to make love to her. Grabbing a condom from his wallet, Aaron escorts an anxious Lucy up to the loft of the barn. Feeling alone, Alison decides to call Emily. Talking about favorite moments from their past, Katie and Simon make plans for their first anniversary.

Unaware that Ben has been clued in about a woman's arrival at Marshall's hotel suite, Jessica offers the D.A. sex in exchange for the videotape of their affair. When she refuses to commit emotionally, he stops kissing her and confesses that she sickens him. He orders her to get out. As she leaves, Ben is shocked to find she, not Bonnie, is meeting with Marshall. Marshall then shows Ben the revealing videotape as Jessica panics. After Ben walks out, Jessica realizes Marshall had the tape all the time and blasts him for using her. Rosanna stops by Craig's suite and offers her sympathy on being unable to retrieve Lucy. To appease him completely, she offers him sex which he hungrily accepts. Henry finds danger in the form of Magda, the angry office manager for Monte Carlo. Henry later asks Carly for $50,000 to keep quiet about her night with Mike. Calling Emily, Alison refuses to tell her sister where she and the rest of the Oakdale Three are. Though she's encouraged when Emily hints there may be proof to clear Aaron, Alison hangs up on her after learning that Will is still in a coma. Alison then decides to warn the others. Meanwhile, Lucy and Aaron are thrilled after making love for the first time but Lucy hurries him to get dressed so their friend doesn't know what they've done. She explains why she doesn't want Alison to know they've had sex. Allison's warning sets the teens back into the car and off to Rhodes College. Emily seeks Jack's help bringing the kids home but asks him not to notify Hal.

Isaac tells Bonnie about tracking Marshall's roommate Neia Bellageuse to Rio and decides to find out more about the D.A.'s friend. Jessica calls Bonnie with the news that Ben knows about her affair with Marshall. Meeting her later, Jessica describes how she got the tape from Marshall after the man played the tape for a devastated Ben. Later, Bonnie confronts Marshall about Neia dropping out of school and running back to Brazil. Mike finds a drunk Ben nursing his heart at Al's Diner. Ben explains how Jessica has destroyed their relationship by sleeping with another man. As Mike listens, Ben complains that his best friend cheated on him, making Mike feel guilty about his own indiscretion with Carly. Ben blasts Isaac for not telling him about the affair but Isaac asserts that Jessica is to blame. Rosanna is devastated by some medical news given to her. When Carly arrives for a pregnancy test, Rosanna is quick to ask where her lover Mike is. Rosanna is intrigued when Carly accuses her of siccing a blackmailing Henry after her. Carly's told she is pregnant and learns from a slip of the doctor's lip about Rosanna's condition. Rosanna confesses to Emma that she needs surgery which will leave her unable to have children. The Oakdale Three earn money at a student fundraiser carnival at Rhodes College in Tennessee, thanks to Aaron's knowledge of cars and Alison's abilities with a dunk tank. Henry confronts Carly with the box from her home pregnancy test.

12/9/02
With tears in her eyes, Jessica tries to explain to Ben why she had an affair with Marshall. He forces her to admit that she slept with the new D.A. twice which reveals that she had a choice to stop and chose not to do so. Ben is unwilling to consider ever forgiving her and walks out on her. Emily is with Will when he wakes from his coma. He quickly asks for his father. Barbara welcomes her son back and boasts that Hal is out trying to catch the person responsible for him being in the hospital. She's upset when Emily calls Margo to come over to question Will. Bonnie forces Marshall to confess that he did have a relationship with Neia when they were in college together but he insists that she left him and the states. He urges her to leave the woman alone but Bonnie runs to Isaac who agrees to go to Atlanta to question Marshall's father. Henry demands $50,000 from Carly or he'll tell Jack she's pregnant with Mike's child. He also insists she not tell Katie or he'll spill the beans. He gives her 24 hours and learns Mike doesn't know. Carly rushes to the Monte Carlo offices where she grabs $50,000 from the safe. Rosanna interrupts to talk about her upcoming operation but is furious when Carly isn't interested in what she has to say. Rosanna spots one bundle of cash but Carly deflects her curiosity before running to an overjoyed Henry with the payoff money.

12/10/02
As Barbara stares in horror, Will admits to Margo that Aaron did not start the fire in the barn and actually tried saved his life. When Margo forces him to admit that he knew about the book of matches in Aaron's backpack and secretly went through the backpack many times, Barbara jumps in and stops the questioning. Tom arrives to protect Will who finally admits that he started the fire at the barn. Katie shows Simon a diary she found under the floorboards of the house. The diary belonged to Katherine and Sam who owned their house over a hundred years ago. Katie points out how similar they are to the couple in the diary but Simon reads how Sam ran off to find gold and never came back to Katherine. As they argue, Simon receives a letter about a sheep farm he's inherited from his Uncle Hank in Australia. Katie quickly announces she will not leave town. With the christening set for tomorrow, Emma brings Carly the same christening gown that Jack and Holden wore when they were infants. She then pushes Carly to call Rosanna who she claims needs her sister before her operation. Taking Aaron, Alison and Alison back to their Memphis motel room, Craig lectures the kids about all the trouble they've put him and Holden through. Just then, Hal arrives and starts pounding on the door, demanding admittance. Holden and Craig refuse to turn over their children so Hal announces that they are both under arrest. Watching from inside the room, Aaron decides to make a run for it and heads out into the night. After Hal chases after him, Craig receives a call from Margo with the news about Will. Lucy leaks to the parents that Holden is on his way to St. Louis.

12/11/02
When Rosanna asks Dr. Schiller if she can move up her operation while "her man" is out of town, the doctor reminds her how serious a hysterectomy is. In Atlanta Bonnie and Isaac approach Marshall's father about his son. Oliver refuses to help even after Bonnie describes how a psychopath seemingly controls Oakdale's new D.A. He eventually comes around and reveals that Isaac's friend Neia is dead and was carrying Marshall's baby when she died in a car accident in Sao Paulo. Marshall approaches Jessica about urging Bonnie and Isaac to back off helping Paul. Jessica tells him to leave her alone. She then complains to Margo about Ben's reaction to her apology. Margo urges her not to give up on Ben. Watching in shock as Ben lays into a nurse who committed a mistake, Kim warns her good friend that he's out of control. Ben reveals that he ended things with Jessica. Later, when Jessica approaches Ben at the hospital, he blasts her for her lies. Marshall advises James that he gave the videotape he stole to Jessica who he thinks destroyed it. James warns him to be ready for Paul's case. Jack is astounded when Carly calls Rosanna to get together. Rosanna finally breaks down and tells Carly that she's scheduled for a hysterectomy. Sympathetic, Carly offers to help her through the operation. Margo seeks Jack's help in finding Hal after reporting that Will admitted he started the Snyder barn fire.

12/12/02
Aaron meets his friend Brady at Washington University at St. Louis and is reunited with Alex and Dara who is pleased to hear Aaron's looking for a job as well as a place to stay. Lucy, Alison, Craig and Holden try to find Aaron before Hal does. During a bitter argument about Aaron, Alison confides to Lucy that she is the person who started the fire at the barn. Hal grabs Aaron after he calls Lucy on her cell phone. Will calls home and leaves a message for Hal, pleading with him to come home so he won't go to jail. Margo and Tom arrange for Paul to see his brother in the hospital. Barbara's against it for fear her younger son will hear his brother's in jail but a handcuffed Paul gives Will the news anyway. Will apologizes to Luke for starting the fire and later, Luke tells Emma that he believes Will did burn down the barn. Still keeping secret her pregnancy, Carly attends Jackie Jr.'s christening. Molly confides to Mike that Carly is having trouble handling her feelings about Jack's son. She then leaks that Carly slept with another man the night before her wedding. At the christening later, Carly and Mike struggle to stay calm as they chat with Jack and Molly. Rosanna catches Henry throwing money around the bar and is reminded of the wad of cash she found with Carly. Sensing Carly paid him off, Rosanna confronts her sister after the christening and vows to prove that she stole money from Monte Carlo.

12/13/02
Though Carly continues to deny paying off Henry, Rosanna vows to prove he deceit by demanding an immediate audit of Monte Carlo. Catching Mike in the chapel foyer, Rosanna accuses Mike of sleeping with Carly but Carly sends her sister on her way. Carly's forced to tell Mike about the blackmail and her stealing $50,000 from her company to pay the man off. He offers to help her with the money but she's interrupted before she can tell him she's pregnant. Before Paul's trial begins, James confronts Marshall in court and insists that he win every argument today. Marshall orders him to "get out of his face" but James ignores him. When John accompanies Barbara to court, James threatens him too. Isaac tells Jessica about his visit with Marshall's father and relates how James must be holding something about Neia over Marshall. He agrees to investigate Neia's death in Brazil while she confronts Marshall with what she has learned. Marshall plays dumb so after Lisa, Kim, Emily and Bonnie testify, Jessica calls Marshall as her first witness. After Alison cries that she started the Snyder barn fire to make Aaron look like a hero but that it got out of control, Lucy runs to tell Aaron. Craig and Holden explain to Hal that Will woke up and now claims that Aaron didn't start the fire. Hal doesn't believe them. Lucy runs towards them, yelling to Aaron. Before she can get to the men, she's hit by a campus trolley. Unconscious from her head injuries, Lucy is flown to Oakdale Memorial where Hal, Holden, Craig and Alison gather. Hal is thrilled to be reunited with Will. Barbara takes great pleasure in telling Emily that Hal left with Will.

12/16/02
Jack updates Carly about the kids returning from St. Louis and Lucy's injury. He okays her being with Craig during this difficult time but she assures him that Craig has Rosanna. After Jack heads off to work, Carly rushes to the hospital anyway where she finds Rosanna comforting Craig, assuring him that he's an exceptional father. Rosanna leaks to Craig that Carly slept with Mike the night before she married Jack. She's astounded when Craig blasts her for spreading rumors while his daughter's struggling to stay alive. When pressed by Aaron for the secret he thinks she's keeping about Lucy, Alison lies to him about what she knows. After Emily comforts her, Alison visits with Lucy and discovers that since the trolley accident, she has lost her memory. Barbara takes great pleasure in telling Emily that Hal has taken Will and gone away. When she refuses to tell Emily where Hal went, Emily slaps her rival. Barbara insists that Margo arrest Emily for battery but Margo refuses. Lucinda lets Craig know that Sierra intends to bring Lucy back to Montega to live with her. While the judge considers whether Jessica will be able to question Marshall on the stand, Jessica confronts the new D.A. about the baby Neia gave birth to 15 years ago. Marshall confesses that James knows where his daughter is so he must do whatever it takes so James will tell him where he can find his daughter.

12/17/02
James warns Marshall about being able to handle Jessica on the stand and orders the D.A. to lie while under oath. Later, Marshall's father Oliver arrives in court and reminds his son of his duty and responsibility. Though he's obviously touched by what his father says, Marshall eventually decides to do whatever he must to find his daughter Zara. He then finds a photo of Zara in an envelope on his desk. Finding her practicing her interrogation of Marshall at Isaac's club, Ben runs into Jessica and admires her determination. Insisting that she'll never see Marshall again once Paul's trial is over, Jessica pleads with Ben to give their relationship another chance. Paul announces to Bonnie that he wants to fire Jessica. At the hospital Craig is relieved when Lucy comes to and talks about how hazy some of her memory is. Bursting into the room to hug Lucy, Sierra is thrilled to be reunited with her daughter but when Rosanna stops by with coffee for Craig, blames her for her daughter's troubles. She goes on to announce that Lucy is coming home to Montega with her. Hearing of her plans, John advises Sierra and Craig that it's not a good time to move his patient right now. Craig advises Rosanna that should Lucy decide to move back to Montega, he will move with her. Frustrated because of Lucy's amnesia, Aaron tries to force Alison to reveal what caused Lucy to run before she was hit by the trolley but Alison turns on the tears and evades his questions. James pushes Barbara to go away with him to save Paul.

12/18/02
Painting a picture of despair for Paul in prison, James urges Barbara to go away with him to keep their son free. In spite of his persuasive argument and veiled threat, Barbara rejects his offer which devastates him. In court Jessica is pleased when Ben offers to stay. As Marshall watches, Ben kisses assures Jessica and then confides to Isaac that he was just playing with Marshall's mind. Brandy's parents plead with Marshall to bring their daughter's killer to justice. Jessica is concerned when the judge rules that Jessica has no legal standing in trying to force Marshall to testify. However, Marshall astounds everyone when he asks to make a speech to the court. Rosanna takes Craig out for a bite to eat and considers telling him about her hysterectomy but then changes her mind. When Rosanna suggests that Aaron is the key to keeping Lucy in Oakdale, Craig decides to talk to the teen. After Holden and Aaron agree to rebuild the barn, Alison worries to Aaron that Hal will throw her behind bars for helping him escape from jail. Margo and Evelyn stop by the Snyder farm to announce that the charges against Aaron have been dropped. Evelyn warns that Hal will decide whether to prosecute her. Alison runs out, wracked with guilt as Will's fate is the next subject of discussion. Simon looks through a collection of mementoes from Australia that has just arrived in the mail while Katie tends to her ever-expanding doll collection. Realizing how much Simon misses his home, Katie vows to do what she can to save the sheep farm.

12/19/02
As James stares in disbelief, Marshall announces to the judge and the rest of the court that Paul did not kill Brandy. He adds that James is the real murderer and turns to point to the killer only to find that James is gone. When the judge states that he is out of order, Marshall announces that he is dropping all charges against Paul and is also resigning. Though Paul is relieved, he quickly worries that James might be going after his mother. While Bonnie and Isaac celebrate their success with helping Paul, Marshall confides to Jessica that he made his decision because of her but regrets that he'll never see his daughter Zara now. After being made acting D.A., Evelyn admits to Jessica that she wants her back in the job instead. Craig confides to Aaron that while he doesn't like him, he knows now how much Aaron cares for his daughter. He reveals that he's hoping that Aaron can help Lucy by bringing back her memory. Aaron talks with Lucy in her hospital room and urges her not to be frustrated that she can't remember anything about their trip. He decides not to tell her that they made love. In the hallway Sierra blasts Craig for his lousy parenting skills and claims that she can't do this anymore. Mike assures a worried Carly that he will help her deal with Rosanna's extortion attempt. When he presses her for the whole truth, Carly opts to keep her pregnancy secret. Emily sees the tension between them and guesses that Mike is the father of Carly's unborn baby. Mike approaches Lucinda about a loan so Carly can replace the money she stole.

12/20/02
Nervous when Rosanna and Craig sit nearby at Java, Mike explains to Lucinda that he can't tell her why he needs the $50,000. Though he asks for cash, Lucinda agrees to loan him the money. Emily convinces a reluctant Carly to lie to her husband about Mike being the father of her unborn baby. A scheming James lures Barbara to the Old Mill where he orders to distract the police. Barbara calls Jack who rushes to her rescue only to find James is gone. After Barbara admits what James forced her to do, Jack guesses he's going after Marshall. With Marshall's arrest imminent, Jessica offers to represent him but quickly adds that she's still in love with Ben. Marshall confesses he loves her but then backs off when Ben arrives to offer his congratulations on freeing Paul. James calls Marshall and offers to tell him about his daughter Zara but only if he meets him at the docks. Though Ben asks Jessica not to go after Marshall, Margo and Jessica decide to follow him. Sierra tells Rosanna that she's taking Lucy back to Montega because she doesn't like the influence Rosanna has on Craig. Rosanna encourages Craig to pay no attention to Sierra and calls him a great father. Thanks to Katie's slip of the tongue, Craig learns Rosanna hired Henry to spy on Carly. Craig forces Henry to leak what he knows and then orders him to stay away from Carly and not tell Rosanna. Henry denies blackmailing Carly. Mike offers Carly the cash he borrowed from Lucinda and convinces her to let him help her get out of this terrible mess. She agrees and thanks him with a hug just as Craig arrives.

12/23/02
When Craig interrupts Mike and Carly as they embrace, Mike is quick to insist nothing happened. After Mike leaves, Craig announces that he's pulling out of Monte Carlo because he's found out that she stole cash from the safe to pay off Henry. Carly suggests that he open the safe and count the money. Noticing all the money is there, Craig also sees the date stamp on the cash is from today and guesses that Mike gave her the money only minutes ago. Craig decides to confront Mike about the money. Molly's curious when she learns that Mike borrowed $50,000 from Lucinda. He claims he's using the money to pay some bills. A frantic Carly calls Mike with a warning that Craig knows everything. Craig confronts Mike who won't back down from protecting Carly. While Mike won't talk to Molly about the confrontation, Craig assures Carly he didn't sell her out as he threatened to do. Simon's doll cabinet present is wasted on Katie after she announces she sold her doll collection to buy his present, paying off the lien on the family's Australian sheep farm he now owns. She pushes him to go "down under" but he puts her off, unmoved by her talk about his special memories there. Assuring James that he's arranged for his escape by boat, Marshall demands that he tell him where his daughter is. After James claims Zara is in the Brazilian town of Teresina, Jack, Margo and Jessica confront James. James shoots Marshall the head before being arrested. While James is dragged to the station house, in Jessica accompanies Marshall to the hospital where Ben offers to operate to save his life. Jessica cries about Marshall's choice but Ben claims that he got what he deserved for working with James.

12/24/02
Hope assures Luke that she knows they're going to have a baby sister because she wished for it though he is counting on a brother. When Bob arrives with the others, singing Christmas carols, Lily goes into labor and delivers a healthy baby girl, Natalie, much to Hope's delight. Lucy becomes frustrated when her memory seems to be coming back only in patches. John warns Lucinda about pushing the patient's memory too much for fear of discouraging her and setting her back further. When Aaron calls to wish Lucy a Merry Christmas, Lucinda won't allow him to talk to her. Lucy recalls going to see "The Nutcracker" which encourages her and her mother. When Aaron arrives with news about Lily and Holden's special Christmas present, Lucinda and Sierra head to the Snyder house while Aaron spends time with Lucy. She remembers kissing him. Jack finds Carly at the Monte Carlo offices and takes her to celebrate with Molly and Mike. She's surprised to learn that Jack asked Molly to buy presents for Jackie Jr. since he wasn't sure if Carly would want to. Carly pleases Jack when she reveals a present she has for his baby. Jessica sits with an unconscious Marshall as he waits for surgery, encouraging to get well for his daughter's sake. John makes the holiday special for Kim when he helps Denice and Andy send their daughter to her for a Christmas visit.

12/26/02
When Carly reacts frantically to his decision to go to work to insure James is transferred to the Feds, Jack suspects something's bothering her and demands an answer. She reminds him that he promised to spend the day with her and the two boys but he leaves her with them anyway. Rosanna finds Craig upset and offers to hop into bed with him to post-holiday doldrums but he's not interested. He explains that he found no money missing from the company and assures Rosanna that Carly is doing excellent work for Monte Carlo. Craig then runs to see Carly and is angered when Carly asserts that he never loved her. Emma urges Rosanna to open up to Craig about her upcoming surgery. She calls Craig to do just that but hangs up when she realizes he's with Carly. She runs to Jack's place where she lays into Carly and Craig for their lies and deception, vowing to find Jack and tell him what she knows. Mike lies again to Molly about the reason for the loan from Lucinda and that Rosanna caused Craig to become jealous of his past with Carly. Molly suspects that Carly might have something to do with his current troubles. Jessica assures Marshall's father Oliver that she's ended her relationship with his son. In spite of Bob's warning, Ben begins to operate on Marshall to save his eyesight and his life. Before James leaves for a federal prison, Barbara hands him their divorce papers. After James promises Paul he'll be back, Paul assures his mother that he forgives her.

12/27/02
Hal is disappointed when he brings Will home and finds Emily is not waiting there for him. When she finally does arrive, Emily lays into Hal for taking off without telling her where he was going with Will. He claims he had no choice but she points out all the different opportunities he had to keep his promises. As they argue about how Hal has disappointed her, Margo arrives with Evelyn Hart who announces that Will is going to the hospital for a 30-day observation period. Emily assures Hal that she's not moving out. Craig catches Rosanna at the station house and claims that he slept with Carly the night before her wedding. Brought to tears, Rosanna threatens to call Jack but he stops her. He claims he slept with Carly because he was jealous. Hurt, Rosanna announces that he and Carly have violated the terms of their contracts and must vacate the Monte Carlo offices. Meanwhile, Carly takes away Jack's cell phone and convinces him not to let anyone interfere with their plans for tonight. When Jackie Jr.'s runs a fever, Jack insists on taking him to the hospital though Carly claims he'll be fine. John tells Jack that infant Scoliosis is the problem with his son but Jack's family history has no sign of the disease. John suggests to Jack that they do another paternity test just to insure this baby is Jack's. Carly is amazed when she learns about Craig's lie. As Mike lies to her, Molly apologizes for being jealous of his past with Carly. Worried that Lucy will remember she set the barn on fire, Alison convinces Aaron not to remind Lucy that they made love.

Carly is outraged after hearing Craig admit he told Rosanna he slept with her the night before her wedding. Hearing Rosanna invoked the "Carly rule" and ousted him from Monte Carlo, Carly assures him that she can convince Rosanna to change her mind. She then leaks that her sister is having a hysterectomy. Craig rushes to be with Rosanna who is relieved when he vows to be by her side through her entire hospital stay. Jack angrily refuses John's suggestion of another DNA test to insure Jackie Jr. is his son but Carly is curious and lays into Jack for being so quick to claim "his son." John later calls Carly to let her know that the DNA test proves Jack's not the baby's father just after she's told Jack she'll happily accept the infant as theirs. Though Alison is relieved when Hal admits that they won't be pressing charges against her for helping Aaron escape from jail, she becomes frantic when he reveals that Will is being taken from him to be tested for 30 days. Hal takes the blame but Emily is shocked when Alison runs and embraces Will with an apology for what's happening to him. Hal refuses her offer to lie to give Will an alibi. Alison offers to help Will handle the psychiatrists who question him. After Ben's done with Marshall's surgery, Jessica takes Ben aside to thank him for all he has done but he stops her and lets her out of her promise to be with him if he saved Marshall's life. Ben's unconcerned when Marshall's blood pressure drops.
